purchase you make. Each product is chosen with care to nurture your wellbeing and that

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
We’re a small business and cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please
choose carefully and check product descriptions before purchasing.
If you have any questions about a product before buying, please reach out — we’re happy
to help you find the right fit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your
parcel with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item
We’ll review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund (including
shipping costs where applicable).
Incorrect Items
If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange for the
correct item to be sent to you at no extra cost, or provide a refund if the item is unavailable.
Returns Process
1. Email us at info@themotherfolkcollective.com.au with your order details and reason
for return.
2. We’ll confirm if your return is eligible and provide further instructions.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund.
4. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Skincare, wellness or consumable products
- Opened or used items
- Sale or clearance items

At The Motherfolk Collective, each order is lovingly packed and sent from our base in Hervey Bay, QLD. We aim to ensure your wellness products arrive safely and swiftly so you can start enjoying them as soon as possible.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Please note that during busy periods, launches, or sales, processing may take a little
longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide:
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 (3–8 business days)
- Express Shipping: $14.95 (1–4 business days)
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Local Delivery
If you’re local to our area, we offer free local delivery.
This option will appear at checkout if available to your postcode (applicable to postcode 4655).
Order Tracking
You’ll receive tracking details via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
Occasionally, delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, weather events, or other
unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, once parcels leave our hands, we can’t control
carrier delays — but we’ll always assist where we can.
International Shipping
At this stage, we only ship within Australia.
We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience!
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. The Motherfolk Collective cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please
email us at info@themotherfolkcollective.com.au with your order number and details.
We’ll lodge an investigation with the courier and assist you with next steps.
